The customer service has been excellent; technical assistance comes swiftly. They even sent a technician out to help with the install to customize it to our needs. We typically use the AGV10/50 line. We generally include the fuel valve when we upgrade customer’s control systems. The AGV is the most reliable valve used so far. We’ve had zero problems but if we do run into a problem, we are confident CCC will resolve it. When we had an issue with outdated software for communicating with the valve that required Windows 11, Dave, the president, personally test it for us and made it happen.
“During the installation and wiring process of the AGV10 valve, Dave, the President of Continental Controls, provided invaluable assistance. He not only guided us through the manual but also shared numerous tips and tricks. Dave was approachable and eager to assist at all times. Thanks to his support, the installation was completed promptly and without any issues. Exemplary customer service.”
