Advanced Pilot Gas Valve for Lean Combustion Turbines. To be used to control a torch to avoid flame out in a Dry Low NOx gas turbine combustor. By controlling with Flow Control the AGV eliminates variance in fuel flow because of changes in fuel pressure or other ambient changes. This valve was specifically designed to control fuel flow to a DLE pilot. This application is demanding due to low back pressure and low flows. The venturi in the AGV 50 Pilot was designed to maximize accuracy while minimizing effects of high back pressure.
- Consistent Flow Control (even with high back pressure constraints)
- Custom design for Lean Burn Combustion requirements of DLE
- Venturi is designed for maximum pressure recovery
